Looking to return to training or continue training Tone it up is a great group of people led by Fiona Personally I always felt the competition in gyms - this group training is completely the opposite all levels of fitness are totally supported to push yourself and do better against yourself not others Fiona is great with personal needs whether that be injury health or just fitness levels always offering alternatives when required I have been with Fiona since 2020 and all my health and strength improvement is thanks to Fiona

"Hello peeps ,  I joined Tone it up in June of last year to help myself get fitter and stronger. Fiona has been such a great Mentor for me, helped my focus and taught me how to train . I have lost weight and feel great , toned and ready to say yes to what ever is asked of me . Instead of old me looking for excuses to “do it later” !!! At class its great to feel the energy from the other peeps and the gentle push I get from watching the others inspires me . Having joined Tone It Up just over 2 years ago, I’ve had a first-class experience working with Fiona - initially through bootcamp classes before adding personal training sessions to my weekly schedule. Fiona always meets me where my (40+ish) body’s at physically and motivationally, pushing me where she sees I can extend, and expertly tailors my workouts to suit my desired fitness goals. I could not be more happy and satisfied with the progress I have made since starting - in both dropping some unwanted kilos and adding lean muscle - to the extent I’ve successfully encouraged my teenage son to get off the couch and join me (which is no mean feat!). To top things off, Fiona has nurtured an encouraging and supportive Tone It Up fitness community whom I look forward to working out with each session. Don’t hesitate to give Tone It Up a go! Andy H.
