Wrapping Up March – What's Next at Tone It Up?

Can you believe we’re almost at the end of March already? Where have the first three months of the year gone?! 😳 👰 🤵


With the end of March approaching, we say goodbye to those light mornings and evenings 🌅 and hello to darker mornings and nights 🌑 — but don’t worry, bootcamps will continue as usual! We’ll just add a little light to the sessions to keep things bright. 💡

🌸 Menopause Session Recap

A big THANK YOU to everyone who attended our recent perimenopause/menopause session, and of course Susan 🙌 I hope you found it insightful and picked up some valuable tips.

For me, it was a great reminder of what I already knew about fitness and nutrition — but the fact that there are over 60 symptoms for perimenopause… that blew my mind! 😮 If you have any questions or want to chat more about it, feel free to reach out.

🎯 March & April Bootcamp Competition

IT’S COMPETITION TIME! 🔥

We’ve got a fun challenge running through March and April, and there’s an awesome reward up for grabs!

🎳 Mid-Year Function

I'm planning a 10 Pin Bowling night for our mid-year catch-up — and kids are welcome, of course! 🎯 This will likely be in late May or August since Matt and I are heading off on a BIG adventure up to the NT  for our biggest road trip yet! 🚐🌅

If you have any other suggestions for a fun group event, I’d love to hear them!

🐰 Easter Break + My Week Off

There will be limited sessions over the Easter break, but I’ll share a full timetable closer to the date so you can plan ahead.

Also, I’ll be away from 7th April – 14th April for a course, so there will be no PT sessions that week.

Let’s finish March strong — keep showing up for yourself and smashing those goals! 🔥
